1About these terms

These terms apply when you use dalgateonline.com (“Dalgate Online”). By using the site you agree to them. Operator: CONTENT REQUIRED: registered name / owner and postal address

2We are a directory

• Dalgate Online lists local businesses and places. We don't own or run them, and we are not a party to any deal between you and a business.
• We don't take bookings or payments for any business's services, and we take no commission. Prices, availability, quality and safety are the business's responsibility.

3Listing information

• Listing details come from official sources, businesses' own websites and owners. Many listings are marked “Not yet verified” — please confirm details with the business before you book or pay.
• Each listing shows its source and when the details were collected. If something is wrong, report it.
• A “Verified” or “Govt.” label describes the check we made, not a guarantee of the business's service.

4Your account

• Give accurate details when you register and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5Reviews and content you post

• Reviews must be about your own genuine experience. No paid, fake or competitor reviews, and no reviews of your own business.
• No abusive, unlawful or misleading content, and nothing that shares someone else's personal details.
• You keep ownership of what you post and allow us to show it on Dalgate Online. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

6Business owners

• Only add or claim a business you own or are authorised to manage, and keep its details accurate.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• Paid placements are labelled “Featured”. A paid plan never buys a Verified badge or reviews.

7Listing plans and payments

• Plans and prices are listed on the Plans & pricing page. Every plan runs for 365 days from the day it's activated.
• Paid plans are paid in advance through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees. CONTENT REQUIRED: GST: inclusive or added at checkout
• Plans don't renew automatically — you can renew or upgrade from your business dashboard.
• We may change plans or prices for the future; a plan you've already paid for keeps its features and price until it ends.
• Refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy.
• We may remove a listing that breaks these terms; the refund policy explains what happens to a paid plan in that case.

8Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site — for example by copying the directory in bulk, sending spam through enquiry forms, trying to break security, or pretending to be someone else.

9Our content

The site design, text and logo belong to Dalgate Online. Business names and trademarks belong to their owners.

10Liability

We work to keep the directory useful and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Dalgate Online is not liable for losses arising from your dealings with any business listed, or from relying on listing information without confirming it.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at CONTENT REQUIRED: confirm city — e.g. Srinagar will have jurisdiction.

12Changes and contact
